Report: PSG could offer former Liverpool midfielder in loan deal for Spurs star

Paris Saint-Germain could offer Georginio Wijnaldum to Tottenham as part of a deal to secure Tanguy Ndombele, according to the Daily Mail.

Tottenham are in talks with the French giants to send Ndombele on loan for the rest of the season (The Guardian) having slipped out of contention under Antonio Conte.

The Athletic recently reported that Spurs are keen to recoup as much of the £54 million fee paid to Lyon in 2019 which will make a permanent sale a tough deal to complete this month.

PSG have reportedly offered Leandro Paredes in a potential deal for Ndombele, but the move was rebuffed on both sides (RMC Sport).

The Daily Mail claim the Ligue 1 outfit could throw former Liverpool midfielder Wijnaldum into the mix to tempt Spurs into a deal this month.

This could be a decent move, in all honesty, considering Wijnaldum is Premier League proven and a decent fit for Spurs. The club chased him all those years ago too, so this could be a deal to consider as Ndombele is currently not providing the club much value whatsoever.
