Report: PSG, Dortmund and Monaco said to be keen on Spurs-linked winger

Sky Sports have claimed that Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund and Monaco have all expressed an interest in signing rumoured Tottenham target Wilfried Zaha this summer.

Tottenham are said to have failed with a bid to sign the Ivory Coast international in 2017 (The Athletic).

Former Palace chairman Steve Parish has claimed that the Lilywhites could make a move for Zaha this summer as he will be available in their price range (talkSPORT via Evening Standard).

Spurs were once again linked with a move for Zaha earlier this summer (transfermarkt).

Sky Sports now report that Palace are willing to cash-in on the 27-year-old, who has three years left to run on his contract at Selhurst Park.

It is said that the Eagles want to replace the wide man with QPR’s Eberechi Eze should he depart.

However, they suggest that any interested party will have to fight off considerable competition if they wish to land Zaha.

The report asserts that PSG and Dortmund are both eyeing a move for the Palace star amidst the uncertainties over the futures of Neymar and Jadon Sancho, while Monaco have also enquired about the winger.

It is claimed that Zaha would prefer to move to a club who are in the Champions League next season.

Spurs Web Opinion

Based on various reports so far, it is pretty clear that we are in the market for another winger/attacking midfielder this summer, despite having plenty of options in those positions. I would not completely rule out a move for Zaha but we will likely go for a cheaper alternative unless we are to receive a major cash influx in the form of player sales.
