Report: PSG looking at Serge Aurier and former Spurs star this summer

It appears that PSG are in the market for a new right-back this summer and Mauricio Pochettino could be looking at two players he managed during his Spurs days.

It has been well documented that the Paris-based club are interested in re-signing their former full-back, Serge Aurier this summer.

In fact, Football Insider have reported that Tottenham have already accepted a bid from PSG for their Ivorian right-back, with Aurier having just 12 months left on his contract.

The report claimed that Spurs have already agreed on a price with PSG and the deal is almost completed.

However, The Athletic’s David Ornstein has now reported that PSG are looking at both Aurier and former Spurs star, Kieran Trippier ahead of the summer transfer window. Hector Bellerin, and Alessandro Florenzi are also said to be options.

Man United and Everton are also said to be interested in Trippier and the right-back reportedly wants a return to England if he is to move clubs.

Trippier moved to Atletico Madrid in 2019 after Tottenham’s Champions League run and is currently fighting for the La Liga title in Spain.
