Report: PSG planning move for Tottenham defender this summer

It has been reported that PSG are planning a move to re-sign their former right-back, Serge Aurier from Tottenham at the end of the season.

It is said that a transfer back to Paris is now increasingly likely for the Ivorian as PSG have made him one of their main targets ahead of the summer window.

The report adds that the decision to bring Aurier back to the club is ‘unanimous’ and both the club president and sporting director are in favour of the move.

Of course, former Tottenham boss, Mauricio Pochettino is now in charge of the French side and was actually the man in charge of Spurs when the North Londoners signed Aurier back in 2017 for around £23m.

The report claims that PSG are unlikely to sign Alessandro Florenzi on a permanent deal and are thus keen on strengthening the right-back position. Aurier has just 12 months remaining on his contract at the end of the season.
