Report: PSG put four stars up for sale – and Spurs want two

Tottenham Hotspur will be on the lookout for some impressive new signings this summer, after going 16 months without a single new player.

One source of potential bargains could come in the form of an old friend, as PSG put four of their first team players up for sale.

Spurs have a good relationship with the French giants, having bought both Lucas Moura and Serge Aurier from them in the past two years.

The Mirror report that Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to sell Julian Draxler, Christopher Nkunku, Thomas Meunier, and Layvin Kurzawa this summer in order to comply with financial fair play rules.

While many fans would have seen the links with Draxler today (Daily Star), the Mirror claim the Lilywhites also have their eye on the left-back Kurzawa.

Tottenham currently have Danny Rose and Ben Davies already at left-back, and have been linked with Ryan Sessegnon (Express), so plenty would have to happen for this deal to go through.

Spurs Web Opinion:

If Tottenham can get Draxler for £35m, that is an absolute bargain. However, as far as Kurzawa goes, I am more than happy with the current left-back options. I would much rather see Spurs go for Thomas Meunier out of those PSG players.
