Report: Rabiot makes staggering demands after holding talks with Spurs

PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot will be out of contract at the end of the current season. He has previously confirmed that he will not be extending his stay with the French giants after falling out with the club’s hierarchy.

Rabiot was linked with several clubs in January including Tottenham, Barcelona and Manchester United. The Frenchman was reported to be close to agreeing to a deal with Barcelona but the move fell through in the end.

It was even claimed that Pochettino had personally spoken to Rabiot about moving to Spurs but the midfielder stayed put in January.

It has been reported by the Sun, that the 23-year-old is making some staggering demands from the clubs that want to sign him in the summer.

According to the report the midfielder is demanding a £10 million signing on fee as well as a £200,000 a week wage package. That will make him the joint highest earner at Spurs along with Harry Kane.

This raises doubts over Rabiot’s proposed move to Spurs as it is unlikely that Levy will be sympathetic to these demands.
