Report: Real Madrid readying quarter of a billion Euro move for Spurs star

Tottenham Hotspur have a number of talented players on their roster, but perhaps only one could command a football-defining fee… Harry Kane.

The Spurs academy graduate has quickly become one of the leading goalscorers in world football over the past five seasons, picking up numerous records along the way.

Kane was the top European scorer in 2017, beating the likes of Messi and Ronaldo, he has won two Premier League golden boots and one World Cup golden boot, as well as leading his country to two semi-finals in the past two years (Wikipedia).

It seems as if the European heavyweights have started to sit up and take notice of Tottenham’s main man, as Don Balon now report of a sensational potential move from Real Madrid.

The report claims that Real are keen on Kane, with Florentino Perez willing to ‘go fully’ for the England captain.

While signing Kane from Spurs would be a difficult task, the article goes on to say that Madrid have reserved €250m for doing just that.

Spurs Web Opinion:

Not a chance that Madrid would offer that much. I also don’t believe that Kane would want to leave Spurs, let alone the Premier League. Would Daniel Levy sell his prized asset? No. He knows he would not be able to recover in the eyes of fans after that.
