TuttoMercatoWeb have claimed that Inter Milan would be willing to listen to offers for rumoured Tottenham Hotspur target Stefan de Vrij this summer.
It was reported at the start of this month that Antonio Conte was keen on reuniting with De Vrij at Spurs and had personally asked the North London club’s hierarchy to swoop for the centre-back in the summer (Inter Live).
TMW have now revealed that Inter have not taken any steps to renew the 30-year-old’s contract, which runs out in the summer of 2023.
It is explained that the Nerrazuri are ‘seriously considering’ the possibility of cashing in on the experienced defender when the transfer window reopens.
Simone Inzaghi’s side are expected to listen to offers, especially from the Premier League, with the hope of selling De Vrij and reinvesting the money into the squad.
The report adds that Inter value the Netherlands international at around €25m (£20.7m).

I am not convinced De Vrij will be near the top of Conte’s and Paratici’s wishlist. Dier has been brilliant in the central sweeper role, which is where one would expect the Dutchman to play in Conte’s system.
The Inter star is also in the twilight of his career and one would expect Tottenham to prioritise young, up and coming defenders like Sven Botman, Gleison Bremer as part of the squad rebuild.
