Report reveals how much Torino now want for Spurs-linked Gleison Bremer

Torino sporting director Davide Vagnati is set to hold talks with a number of Premier League clubs to discuss a potential transfer of Tottenham target Gleison Bremer, according to 90min.

Bremer, 24, produced an excellent campaign for the Italian side and was a key reason why Torino boasted one of the most stubborn defences in Serie A.

However, 90min claim Il Toro could be prepared to cash in on the Brazilian centre-back now that his stock is at its highest.

The report notes Torino are keen to obtain a fee in the region of €50 million (£43.2m) with chief Vagnati now travelling to London in search of a deal under the orders of president Urbano Cairo.

Discussions are likely to be held with Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea in the hope of triggering a bidding war, although the aforementioned sides are said to be focused on other targets.

Spurs are reportedly in the market for two new central defenders this summer (Football.London) as they prepare to embark on their first full campaign under Antonio Conte.

Reports this week have claimed that Barcelona defender, Clement Lenglet, is set to join Tottenham on an initial loan deal with an option to buy (90 min).

Spurs Web Opinion

Tottenham have plenty of targets on their radar and Bremer will no doubt be one player they are looking at after the season he just produced.

The fact Torino are actively looking for a bidding war may work against them, though, especially if the price reaches a high value, but Spurs have the cash there if they are ready to use it.
