Report reveals if any Spurs stars on international duty will have to quarantine on return

Football.London has revealed that none of the fourteen Tottenham Hotspur stars who have gone away on international duty will need to quarantine on their return since none are scheduled to play in a country that is on the UK government’s travel red list.

The report confirms that Tottenham’s South American contingent will be staying put after the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) decided to postpone their World Cup Qualifiers.

It has also been confirmed that Son Heung-min has withdrawn from South Korean’s upcoming international friendly against Japan as he continues his rehabilitation from his hamstring problem.

The club revealed yesterday that Ben Davies also pulled out of Wales’ upcoming fixtures due to injury while Joe Rodon and Gareth Bale remain part of the squad.

Harry Kane and Eric Dier are the only two Tottenham representatives in Gareth Southgate’s squad while Oliver Skipp and Japhet Tanganga were called up by England’s Under-21 squad.

Hugo Lloris, Tanguy Ndombele and Moussa Sissoko have all been called up by Les Blues, while Matt Doherty and Serge Aurier have joined up the Republic of Ireland and Ivory Coast squads respectively.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will also be away representing Denmark while Toby Alderweireld, who is a key part of Belgium set up, might find himself up against Bale and Rodon with the Red Devils taking on Wales on home soil this evening.
