From the various reports over recent days, It does appear as if Villarreal are expected to agree a deal with Spurs for Lo Celso over the coming days.

One can understand why the Argentine would be keen to return to the club ahead of the World Cup in November. Spurs will likely be pushing for an obligation to buy rather than just an option.
