Football Insider have reported that Tottenham’s new Sporting Director, Fabio Paratici, is set to inform Harry Winks that the club will listen to offers for him this summer.
Paratici is yet to be officially announced by Tottenham but the confirmation is thought to be just around the corner for the North London club (Athletic).
The 25-year-old struggled for game time last season under Jose Mourinho, with the likes of Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Moussa Sissoko all seemingly above him in the pecking order.
The decision to listen to offers for Winks is reportedly not set to change depending on the new manager, with Spurs willing to accept offers of £30m or even less.
The report claims that behind-the-scenes talks have already taken place about a potential transfer, although Winks does not actually want to leave the club. Unfortunately, it is said he may have no choice if regular game time is not in his future.
Southampton have reportedly been keeping tabs on the Tottenham academy graduate.
