Report reveals roughly when Tottenham’s Amazon documentary will be released

A report by BT.com has revealed when Amazon Prime’s All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur will be released along with details of what the series will focus on.

On the face of it, it looks like Tottenham could not have picked a worse time to have a behind-the-scenes documentary filmed about their season, with the club still facing the possibility of finishing outside the top six for the first time in eleven years.

However, Tottenham’s season has certainly not been short of drama and could make forcompelling viewing for neutrals.

The teaser for the series, which came out a few weeks ago, showed clips of the players’ reactions to Jose Mourinho’s arrival to Spurs.

BT have now revealed that the series will be released in the autumn to coincide with the start of the 2021/22 season.

They reveal that the producers anticipated Tottenham to have a successful season and win silverware under Mauricio Pochettino.

However, they promised that the series would be ‘a rollercoaster ride’ and quite unique compared to All or Nothing: Manchester City, which captured the story of Pep Guardiola’s men running away with the Premier League crown in 2017/18.

Apart from filming all the happenings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Hotspur Way over the past season, it is claimed that the docuseries will also focus on the unique aspects of the club, including its work in helping to transform the local area.

This sounds like the documentary is also going to be a bit of PR exercise for the club’s hierarchy, which would not be surprising for those who have seen other similar docuseries’. I am still looking forward to it as it will give us some insights into the way the club operates behind the scenes.
