Report reveals salary that Arkadiusz Milik is said to be demanding for summer move

According to The Daily Mail, rumoured Tottenham Hotspur target Arkadiusz Milik is demanding a £160,000-a-week in order to complete a transfer away from Napoli.

Although Tottenham have been proactive in the transfer window this time out, they are yet to secure a suitable back up to Harry Kane.

Reports have indicated that Tottenham have sent representatives to Italy this week to negotiate for Milik as well as Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.

Spurs are reportedly facing competition from Everton for Milik, with Gianluca Di Marzio reporting that Carlo Ancelotti wants to raid his former side for the Poland international.

Meanwhile, reports from Italy have claimed that Napoli have held talks with six clubs, including Spurs, regarding the striker, with the Lilywhites not willing to meet the Serie A club’s asking price (Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli via Spazio Napoli).

If The Daily Mail is to be believed, it is not just the transfer fee that could be an issue for the Lilywhites but also the striker’s salary, with Milik demanding a contract worth £160,000-a-week in order to sign on the dotted line.
