Report reveals some fans will be able to attend Spurs v Man City cup final

Brent Council have confirmed that a fixed number of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City fans will be able to attend the Carabao Cup final.

The Council have sent a letter to residents earlier this week, which has been seen by the Evening Standard has confirmed that the Wembley showpiece will be a test event for the return of supporters to the stadium along with the FA Cup semi-final between Leicester and Southampton which will also be held at the national stadium.

Residents were asked to confirm their interest in either event, with those selected able to attend if they are able to provide a negative COVID test.

Each attendee will be allocated two match tickets and must organise and return a negative lateral flow Covid-19 test before attending the final, which has to be done 24 hours in advance with proof shown in order to gain access to the stadium.

Spurs will be looking to end their thirteen year wait to lift a piece of competitive silverware, however face a tough battle on their hands against Pep Guardiola’s Premier League champions elect.
