Report reveals Spurs could potentially raise around £100m in January sale

According to a report from Football.London, Tottenham Hotspur could dip into the transfer market again in January as Jose Mourinho looks to put the finishing touches on his squad.

The club made seven new signings in the summer transfer window and the report suggests that the club could reinforce their squad once again in January in order to give themselves an edge in any potential title race.

It is suggested that they could return for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar after failing to get a deal for the Slovak over the line in the previous transfer window.

However, the report claims that the North Londoners may have to sell some of their fringe players in order to raise the funds they need to strengthen.

It is alleged (based on player values estimated by transfermarkt.com) that Danny Rose, Davinson Sanchez, Paulo Gazzaniga and Dele Alli could all be sold when the transfer market reopens, and could add almost £100m to Tottenham’s transfer kitty in total.
