Report reveals the details of Harry Kane’s meeting with Thomas Tuchel

A fresh report from Germany on the Harry Kane transfer saga has revealed that Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel visited the Tottenham Hotspur striker at his home in May and left the 29-year-old very impressed.

After yet another season of disappointment for Spurs, which saw the North London side finish eighth in the Premier League, and crash out of all cup competitions earlier than hoped, it seems their star man could now be on the move.

With just one year remaining on his current contract with Tottenham, it has been suggested that Harry Kane is now finally ready to move on and try to win trophies elsewhere.

While Bayern Munich had an initial offer rejected for the England captain, it is believed the German side will return with an improved offer of £80m and are keen for Kane to submit a transfer request (Ben Jacobs).

However, Alasdair Gold told Football.London recently that Spurs were hopeful Ange Postecoglou could convince Kane to stay at the club for the forthcoming season.

Thomas Tuchel made good impression on Harry Kane

Now, the latest from German publication Sport Bild reveals Kane has already met with Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel, and it is thought the Tottenham man was left impressed after the discussion.

Apparently, Kane and Tuchel met in London back in May of this year. Details of the meeting are unclear, but it is believed Kane was happy with what he heard and indicated he would be willing to join Bayern this summer.
