Tottenham would have to pay a small loan fee to sign Juventus winger Dejan Kulusevski, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.
The Athletic reported that Tottenham are working towards securing a deal to sign Sweden international Kulusevski on loan with either an option or obligation to buy.
However, TuttoMercatoWeb claims a deal would also see Spurs pay a €1 million (£832,000) loan fee in order to sign the 21-year-old this month, who is contracted with Juventus until 2025.
It is also explained that an agreement has been reached with both sides, which could see Spurs exercise a €30 million (£24.9m) purchase fee at the deal’s conclusion.
Kulusevski has made 20 appearances in Serie A this season but has only started five of those, while only yielding one goal in the process (Transfermarkt).
Current Spurs managing director Fabio Parartici initially signed Kulusevski for Juventus in January 2020 during his time as chief with the Bianconeri.
Spurs Web Opinion
Kulusevski has had a tough time since securing a move to Juventus and hasn’t really progressed in his short career. At just 21, this could be a good and valuable move for Spurs as he still has plenty of room to grow, while right-wing is a position the club has been lacking in depth in recent years.
