A recent report from KPMG has revealed the latest top 20 list for the most valuable clubs in Europe, with Tottenham remaining in the top ten.

The figures were collected in January by the renowned accounting organisation, meaning that the recent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is not taken into account.

This is the fifth annual club valuation report from KPMG as they look at the most prominent 32 clubs from around the continent each year.

Once again, Real Madrid lead the rankings with an estimated value of £2.95 billion, which is up 1.5% from the 2019 figures.

Manchester United are ranked in second place as the top English side, featuring a £2.84 billion valuation, although that value is down 2% from last year.

Tottenham have climbed one place over the past twelve months, moving from ninth to eighth, meaning that KPMG believe only seven clubs in Europe are more valuable.

Spurs are said to be worth £1.75 billion, which is up an impressive 15.8% from 2019. Not only that, but the Lilywhites have now moved ahead of their North London rivals, Arsenal, in the rankings.
