Report reveals Tottenham’s final confirmed squad numbers for the 2020/21 season

With the European transfer window slamming shut last Monday, Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed their final list of squad numbers for the upcoming season (via Football.London).

The Spurs squad has been one of the most settled in the Premier League over the last five years and the squad numbers have remained pretty consistent as a result.

However, six new faces arrived through the door during the summer transfer window in Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Joe Hart, Matt Doherty, Gareth Bale, Sergio Reguilon and Carlos Vinicius.

Meanwhile, long-serving defender Jan Vertonghen departed the club after his contract ran out, just half a season on after Christian Eriksen’s sale.

Danny Rose, who the club reportedly tried their best to sell during the transfer window (Athletic), has not been handed a squad number, while Cameron Carter-Vickers also misses out.

There could also potentially be more incomings and outgoings over the next few days with the domestic transfer window open until October 16.
