Report reveals what Kane’s entourage have said about his Spurs future

According to the print edition of AS (as relayed by Sport Witness), Harry Kane has ‘already decided’ to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

Kane netted a brace in Spurs’ final game of the season against Leeds United on Sunday, taking his tally to 30 Premier League goals this season – an outstanding achievement, given the Lilywhites’ struggles this campaign.

AS have now suggested that the clash at Elland Road could be the centre-forward’s final outing for Spurs, with the striker’s entourage said to have already decided told sources that his future lies elsewhere.

The report states that the Tottenham man is Real Madrid’s preferred target this summer ahead of Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos and Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic.

This is because the Spanish giants view Kane as a ‘safe bet’ and believe that he would be able to extend his career well into his thirties.

The report adds Los Blancos are ‘aware’ that Tottenham value the England captain at €115m (£100m) and that the North Londoners would prefer to sell him to a foreign club.

Now that Kane is just 47 goals away from Alan Shearer’s Premier League record, I would be extremely surprised if the striker decides to go abroad at this stage of his career.

Manchester United remain his only realistic option in the Premier League this summer, which is why the 29-year-old might be tempted to enter the final year of his deal at Spurs and keep his options open for next summer.
