Report reveals what Mourinho did in Spurs dressing room after Zagreb loss

According to a report from The Telegraph, Jose Mourinho gave his players the silent treatment after Tottenham were eliminated by Dinamo Zagreb in an embarrassing fashion on Thursday night.

Zagreb caused the upset of the tournament so far as they clawed their way back from a two-goal first leg deficit to eliminate Spurs and progress into the final eight of the competition.

Mourinho admitted that the defeat ranks amongst the most disappointing in his two-decade-long managerial career in the game.

The Tottenham boss was seen congratulating the Zagreb players in their dressing room after they turned around the tie to seal their place in the final eight.

However, if The Telegraph is to be believed, the Portuguese coach said nothing to his own players in the dressing room.

It is asserted that the 58-year-old resisted giving his players the usual post-match debrief in order to express his anger at the performance and result.

If it is true that the players once again did not listen to Jose’s instructions to press the opposition, then it is difficult to see where we go from here. The evidence is starting to suggest that Mourinho might have lost the Spurs dressing room.
