Amidst the speculation linking Tanguy Ndombele with a move away from Tottenham just a season after the North Londoners shattered their transfer record to sign the midfielder, the latest reports from France indicate that the former Lyon is unlikely to leave Spurs in the summer.
With rumours suggesting that the 23-year-old had fallen out with Jose Mourinho, L’Equipe reported earlier this week that Spurs were already in talks with Barcelona over the midfielder’s sale while Paris Saint-Germain were also said to be interested in his services.
However, Le10Sport now claim that the Spurs star’s entourage has confirmed neither PSG nor Barcelona have initiated talks to sign him.
It is suggested that Ndombele is not among the names on the Ligue 1 champions’ radar this summer, despite Thomas Tuchel’s intention to bolster his midfield options.
While the report neither confirms nor denies if the France international has had a falling out with Mourinho, it claims that Spurs are unlikely to find a buyer for the midfielder due to the high transfer fee they invested on him and the high salary he is currently earning in North London.

We are extremely unlikely to be able to recoup anywhere near the amount we paid to sign Ndombele last summer even if we decide to part ways with him. The only way I can see the Frenchman leaving this summer is if we use him in a part-exchange deal.
