Report reveals what those inside Spurs are saying about Fabio Paratici

Those inside Tottenham are saying that Fabio Paratici is revolutionising the club’s approach to recruitment, according to The Daily Mirror.

Tottenham have been one of the most active clubs across Europe at the start of the transfer window, announcing the capture of Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster on free transfers, with Yves Bissouma becoming the club’s third signing.

In his latest YouTube video, Alasdair Gold put Tottenham’s swift action this summer down to Paratici, revealing that everyone he speaks to has told him the Italian is a workaholic.

The journalist also claimed that the Spurs managing director of football did not take any days off after the end of the season, and immediately started working on transfers.

The Mirror have now revealed that those within Tottenham are raving about the way Paratici is revolutionising the club’s recruitment activities.

The report explains that the 49-year-old’s swift action was a key reason behind why Spurs beat out the likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa and Monaco to Bissouma’s signature.

Many were questioning Paratici at the end of the January transfer window after Spurs lost out on Luis Diaz and the Italian ended up raiding his former club for two rejects in Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur.

However, fast forward a few months, and the 49-year-old’s judgement has proven to be spot on. With Paratici’s connections and Conte’s pulling power (along with ENIC’s cash injection), Spurs are proving to be a juggernaut in this summer’s transfer window.
