Report reveals when Fabio Paratici will start his new job at Tottenham

Football Insider have revealed that Fabio Paratici is expected to start his new job at Tottenham Hotspur as early as this week.

The report claims that the former Juventus football chief will pack his bags and fly to London in the coming days, soon to be officially announced by the club.

Paratici will reportedly have overall responsibility when it comes to both transfers and contract talks with any incomings and outgoings this summer.

This will see Tottenham switch back to a two-tier system in which Paratici will serve as the Sporting Director and the new boss in North London will be a head coach rather than a manager.

This is something that Spurs have explored before under Daniel Levy, with the likes of Damien Comolli, Frank Arnesen, David Pleat and Franco Baldini.

The report also mentions that Steve Hitchen, who had been serving as technical performance director, will be pushed down the pecking order after Paratici arrives at the club.
