Tottenham Hotspur have certainly been embroiled in a transfer saga and a half with Lyon midfield man Tanguy Ndombele so far this summer.
However, reports now claim that a fee has been agreed between Spurs and the French club over a summer move.
The Daily Mail state that Lyon and Spurs have agreed upon an initial fee of £56.5m, which could rise up to £65m will future add-ons. If true, this would be a club record transfer fee for Tottenham.
The 22-year-old is also said to have agreed personal terms with the North London outfit already this summer, with a five-year contract on the table.
The Daily Mail add that Ndombele has already arrived in London for his medical and to put the finishing touches on a move. If this is true, an announcement could be just around the corner.
The comes after The Sun reported last week that the Frenchman had already visited the capital to have a tour around the Hotspur Way facilities with Mauricio Pochettino.
