Report reveals why Conte decided to include Mason in his coaching staff

The Daily Mail have revealed that Antonio Conte was impressed by what he saw from Ryan Mason on the training ground immediately after his appointment.

This is great news for Mason as well as the club. Having someone that knows the club’s values and traditions as part of his staff would also be a boost for Conte. Perhaps, the 30-year-old could be groomed into taking the reins permanently in the future.
