Report: Serie A club are eyeing a move to sign Tottenham winger

CalcioMeractoWeb.it have claimed that AC Milan are eyeing a summer move for Tottenham winger Dejan Kulusevski.

Technically, Kulusevski is still on loan from Juventus but Spurs are expected to make the deal permanent for around £31m in the summer, which they would be obligated to do if they finish in the top four this season (Fabrizio Romano).

The 22-year-old had an outstanding first few months at Tottenham after arriving at the club during January of last year but the Swede has struggled to replicate the same level of performances this season, with the attacker’s campaign being interrupted by multiple injuries.

CMW.it now claim that Kulusevski could return to Serie A in the summer, with Milan said to be eyeing a move for the player.

The report suggests that since the winger’s performance levels have dropped this season, he might be on his way out of Spurs if Antonio Conte leaves the club.

It is explained that the Rossoneri would need to pay a fee of around €30m-€35m (£26.3m-£30.7m) to land the former Juve man in the summer.

Spurs Web Opinion

Kulsevski’s performance levels have dropped over the last few months but I have no doubt in my mind that the club will take up the option to snap up the Swede permanently in the summer.

Whoever Tottenham’s next head coach is, I cannot see him turning down the chance to sign the 22-year-old. He would also be worth a lot more than £26m-£30m – at least double.
