Calciomercato.it have revealed that Juventus wish to tie down Gleison Bremer to a new contract amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
The report states that Spurs showed interest in signing Bremer during the summer transfer window and remain attentive to the Brazilian’s situation ahead of January.
In light of the centre-back’s recent performances, it is said that Tottenham have also been joined in the race by both Chelsea and Manchester United, who are also looking to reinforce their backline.

However, the report adds that Massimiliano Allegri sees Bremer as one of the ‘keystones’ to his defence and that the player is loved by the Juve fans.
Despite blowing hot and cold in his first season at the Allianz Stadium after his move in 2022, there is said to be no doubt in Turin about the defender’s quality.
As a result, Juve have allegedly ready to start a dialogue with Bremer’s entourage regarding a contract extension.
The publication adds that the Old Lady’s goal is to extend the length of the 26-year-old’s current deal, which runs until 2027, without offering the player a pay rise.

While the centre-back looks unlikely to leave Turin in January, I can see a number of Premier League sides making a move for the Brazilian next summer and potentially offering to double his salary.
