Antena 2 have revealed that Sevilla might be prepared to offer Davinson Sanchez a route out of Tottenham this summer.

Sanchez was a victim of quite an extraordinary occurrence a couple of weeks ago when the home fans at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium decided to boo his every touch after the defender was at fault for one of the goals the Lilywhites conceded.

The booing got so loud that Cristian Stellini had no choice but to take the Colombian off a few minutes later.

Sanchez was called on by the Italian at St James’ Park on Sunday after Spurs went 5-0 down in 21 minutes, with the centre-back staying on for the rest of the game.

The 26-year-old enters the final year of his contract this June and Antena 2 have now claimed that Sevilla want to snap him up when the transfer window opens in the summer.

The publication asserts an offer in the region of €20m (£17.7m) would be enough for the La Liga side to land Sanchez.

Given that Sanchez will have only one year left on his contract in June, I think Spurs would be willing to sell him for well under £20m.

In fact, an offer of around £10m would likely be enough to prise the Columbian away from the North London club.
