Report: Spurs’ 23/24 home shirt may include new feature for first time in club history

Footy Headlines have revealed that Tottenham’s home kit for the 2023-24 season could feature iridescent logos for the first time in the club’s history.

Nike’s recent designs have certainly split opinions among the Spurs fan base, as seen with the away kit for the 2022-23 season, which combines a blueish-purple base with black sleeves and a white logo (BBC Sport).

It looks like the design of next season’s home kit might also get some mixed reaction, with Footy Headlines revealing that Nike may plan to introduce an iridescent logos of the US sportwear giant along with the Spurs badge.

As expected, Tottenham’s home 2023-24 jersey is set to incorporate a white base colour with navy shorts.

Footy Headlines explain that iridescent logos are nothing new for Nike, with the sports brand using the same feature for England 2022 Women’s Euros kit and the Barcelona 21-22 away kit.

The Nike Spurs 23-24 home football shirt is set to be available in early summer 2023.

Spurs Web Opinion

All Nike seems to do is alternate their designs from club to club over different years. I would personally rather see them go for more minimalistic kit designs rather than trying extravagant things in an effort to stand out, which tends to backfire more often than not.
