Football Insider have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are now in regular contact with Radu Dragusin’s camp as they attempt to complete the transfer as quickly as possible.
If reports over the last few days are to be believed, Spurs are in a hurry to secure Dragusin’s services, perhaps due to their injury owes at the back.
On Sunday, Fabrizio Romano stated that the centre-back had already agreed personal terms with Spurs and that the Lilywhites are working to finalise an agreement with Genoa.
The journalist suggested that there was only a small difference between the Premier League club and the Serie A side, with the former wanting to pay €25m (£21.7m) while the latter were demanding €30m (£26m).
Spurs are in daily contact with Genoa over Dragusin
Football Insider have now reported that they have heard from their sources that Ange Postecoglou’s men are ‘calling every day’ in order to get a deal wrapped up and are keeping Dragusin’s camp informed of all the developments.
The report says that Tottenham are now ready to submit a formal offer to Genoa after holding some preliminary talks with the Italian club.
The publication adds that Spurs want to wrap up a deal early in the window and with Dragusin keen on the switch, the North London side are now confident of reaching an agreement with Genoa.

By the sounds of it, this deal could be wrapped up in a matter of days. Perhaps Postecoglou’s hope is that Dragusin will have a full week of training leading up to the Man Utd game and will be available for selection for the clash at Old Trafford.
