Football London report that Tottenham Hotspur are expected to submit a bid for Tosin Adarabioyo this week as they look to strengthen in the central defence department.
The report claims that Monaco and other clubs have shown interest in the Fulham defender of late, which is why Spurs are set to take the plunge and move for the 25-year-old.
The same publication revealed last month that the player himself would be keen on joining Tottenham if the opportunity presented itself this summer.

However, Foot Mercato then reported that Monaco may have stolen a march on the Lilywhites Adarabioyo said to be leaning towards the Ligue 1 side.
Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna then took to Twitter to report that Fulham and Monaco were close to reaching a deal for the centre-back, which could be completed very soon.
It appears Tottenham are reacting to this interest by throwing their hat in the ring with an official bid this week, although it remains to be seen who Tosin would prefer to join.
Spurs Web Opinion:
This would be a great signing to get through the door, especially if the top-choice central defender is going to take a little while. At least then Postecoglou could start against Brentford with a two of Adarabioyo and Romero.
