Report: Spurs are giving Bayern Munich the silent treatment over Harry Kane

90 min have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur ‘remain adamant’ they will not even engage in talks with Bayern Munich regarding Harry Kane.

News of Bayern’s second offer for Kane of €80m (£68.4m) plus add-ons first came to light on Sunday, with Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg revealing that the striker ‘definitely wants’ to move to the Allianz Arena.

However, Fabrizio Romano subsequently told CaughtOffside that the offer is likely to be rejected by Spurs, with Daniel Levy and the North London club’s hierarchy said to be hopeful of keeping their star man at the club.

The journalist added that the Bavarians have to submit a much bigger offer to tempt Spurs into selling the 29-year-old.

Spurs are refusing to enter into Harry Kane talks

90 min have now gone a step further, insisting that Spurs are refusing to even engage in talks with Bayern for Kane.

The publication states that even though Thomas Tuchel is pushing for a deal, Tottenham have not even named a price tag for the England captain.

The report adds that the Lilywhites ‘remain bullish’ that they will not let their record scorer leave this summer.

Spurs Web Opinion

I do believe Tottenham would be tempted to sell if Bayern offer £90m-£100m for Kane but as things stand, there appears to be no indications that the Bundesliga club are prepared to pay that high a fee for the centre-forward.
