TEAMtalk have revealed that Tottenham Hotspur are hopeful of agreeing a deal with Club Brugge for the transfer of Antonio Nusa by the end of today.
Spurs made a brisk start to the transfer window, bringing Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin through the door early in the month but there has since been a bit of a lull over the past couple of weeks.
If TEAMtalk’s latest update is to be believed, Tottenham are now edging ‘closing in’ on their third signing of the window as their talks with Club Brugge over Nusa are progressing rapidly, with there being hope of the deal being wrapped up in a matter of hours.

Antonio Nusa deal could be agreed by Spurs today
The report says that a deal worth £26m is now being hashed out between the two clubs after the Norway international struck an agreement with personal terms with the Premier League side.
Nusa has allegedly expressed his desire to remain at Brugge until the end of the season, which is thought to have been greenlight by Spurs.
However, the publication adds there remains a risk of a late hijack, which is why Tottenham are pushing to get the deal agreed quickly.

Spurs fans know only too well not to count the chickens before they hatch, given the transfer deals we have had hijacked over the years. Supporters will thus not breathe a sigh of relief until an official announcement is made.
