Report: Spurs are ready to include any of four players in deal for 25-year-old

TEAMtalk have revealed that Tottenham Hotspur have offered Wolves the chance to sign a choice of four players as part of a proposel deal to bring Adama Traore to North London.

Spurs have been heavily linked with a move for Traore over the last few weeks, with Antonio Conte allegedly wanting to convert the pacy wide man into a right wing-back

90min previously reported the Lilywhites had offered Wolves the chance to sign Matt Doherty and Joe Rodon as part of the deal for the winger but suggested that Bruno Lage’s side prefer a straight cash deal.

TEAMtalk have revealed that apart from Rodon and Doherty, Ryan Sessegnon and Japhet Tanganga have also been mentioned by Spurs in their talks with Wolves.

It is explained that Wolves are open to the idea of players going in the opposition direction, either on loan or a permanent deal and that the West Midlands club are considering their options.

The report claims that Antonio Conte’s men are ‘hopeful’ of snapping up Traore before the transfer window shuts, with the deal expected to be worth just over £20m.

Spurs Web Opinion

Some Spurs fans are understandably getting impatient with the club for taking so long to close the deal but that is to be expected, particularly in January.

There is still a lot of time for a deal to be pushed through and if Tottenham can potentially also send some of their fringe players the other way, it will be smart business from Paratici.
