According to GiveMeSport, Tottenham Hotspur are now considering pushing ahead with a move to sign Porto star Evanilson this summer.

Evanlison has had an exceptional season at the Estadio do Dragao, having found the back of the net 24 times in 41 appearances across all competitions this season.
Tottenham’s interest in the Brazilian first came to light at the start of last week when Jornal de Notcias suggested that the Lilywhites are keeping an eye on the player.
GiveMeSport have now backed up the North London side’s interest in Evanilson, stating that Ange Postecoglou is an admirer of the centre-forward and asked the club’s scouts to watch him closely over recent months.

Spurs and Newcastle are keen on Evanlison from Porto
It is alleged that the Lilywhites could ‘up the ante’ after holding internal discussions over a move for the striker.
The 24-year-old has allegedly got ‘rave reviews’ from Spurs’ scouts and the Premier League side are now thought to be ‘seriously contemplating whether to test Porto’s resolve’ with an offer.
The outlet adds that Tottenham might face competition from Newcastle for Evanlison, who the Portuguese giants reportedly value at £60m.
Spurs Web Opinion
While Evanlison appears to be a good fit to lead the line in Ange’s system, I doubt Tottenham would consider paying £60m for the Porto star. Postecoglou and the Spurs recruitment department might feel there are better options at that price range.
