Willian is said to be on Barcelona’s radar this summer, according to reports from Spain.
Tottenham have been heavily linked with the Chelsea star who will be out of contract at Stamford Bridge this summer.
The North Londoners were initially installed as favourites by Mundo Deportivo but the 31-year-old has since been linked with other clubs including the likes of Liverpool (Sport via Sport Witness), Arsenal (ESPN Brazil journalist Jorge Nicola) and Newcastle (Football Insider).
ESPN Brasil sports journalist Joao Castelo-Branco reported last week that a move to Spurs is by no means a done deal as of yet.
Eldesmarque now report that Barcelona also hold an interest in the Chelsea star.
Willian is reportedly one of the players the Catalan club’s hierarchy were examining as they seek to bolster their attack.
However, the report goes on to claim that Tottenham are set to win the race for the winger after Jose Mourinho convinced him to join him in North London.

Despite denial from Willian’s camp that a move to Tottenham is close, there seem to be multiple reports that are suggesting that it is in fact a done deal. I would be extremely surprised if Mourinho hasn’t already spoken with the 31-year-old about joining him at Spurs.
