Tottenham swap plan for Joe Rodon and Gnonto

The Express have now suggested that given the injuries Ange Postecoglou has had to contend with in his forward line, the Lilywhites could reignite their interest in Gnoto in January.

The report reveals that Spurs could offer Rodon, who has excelled on loan at Elland Road, to the Whites as part of the deal to sign the Italy international.

The publication adds that Gnoto is also attracting interest from Italy, with Lazio and Roma prepared to offer the youngster a route back to Serie A.

Spurs Web Opinion

Gnoto is the type of player Ange would love working with, given his age, aggression, versatility and directness. The Australian might fancy his chances of getting the best out of the 20-year-old and one would think the chance to sign Rodon permanently would be quite tempting for Leeds.
