Report: Spurs first team star set to leave this summer – £1m replacement lined up

Tottenham Hotspur have had some class acts this season, but also some underperformers within their ranks.

The likes of Moussa Sissoko and Heung Min Son have been stand out stars over the campaign, but first teamers Hugo Lloris and Kieran Trippier have been disappointing to say the least.

However, club captain Hugo Lloris may be on the way out of North London this summer if the Daily Star are to be believed.

The Star claim that not only will Lloris be sold come the end of the season, but a replacement will be brought in for just £1m.

This bargain comes in the form of 25-year-old Croatian shot stopped Malenica, with Watford, Bournemouth, and Crystal Palace all said to be monitoring the player too.

If this transfer did happen, Paulo Gazzaniga would likely be promoted to first choice keeper, with Malenica slotting in as a back up.

Spurs fans will be sorry to see Hugo go, but perhaps it is time, with mistakes growing more regular by the month.
