Torino Granata have revealed that Tottenham Hotspur have reached out to the agent of Torino defender Raoul Bellanova regarding a summer transfer.
The versatile Bellanova, who can operate at right-back or right-midfield and has occasionally even played on the left flank, is thought to be attracting attention from quite a few sides ahead of the summer.
Torino Granata says that the list of the 23-year-old admirers is now growing, with the youngster quickly becoming one of the most ‘coveted in the transfer market’.
Contacts made between Spurs and Bellanova
The report reveals that clubs from Italy and aboard have already begun work on a deal for Bellanova, with Tottenham very much part of the list.
In fact, both Spurs and Newcastle have allegedly already ‘contacted’ the player’s agent to find out the possibility of a switch in June.
Meanwhile, the likes of Manchester United and Atletico Madrid are also said to be circling over the Italian, who is expected to be an ‘important name’ when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.
