Report: Spurs interested in 19-year-old winger after Brighton table offer

Tottenham Hotspur and Brighton and Hove Albion are both interested in Lewes winger Ollie Tanner, according to The Athletic.

The 19-year-old is a former Arsenal and Charlton academy player and has also spent time at National League Bromley’s academy before moving to Lewes.

Tanner has already scored 12 goals already this season, having attracted interest from Southampton, Watford, and Norwich City and signed a new two-year deal back in November (Football Insider).

The report claims that if Tanner was to complete a switch away from the Isthmian League Premier Division outfit, he would be loaned back for the remainder of the campaign.

Brighton are already said to have tabled an offer but a move has yet to materialise.
