Report: Spurs interested in four players from the same Champions League club

According to a report by Greek website Sdna.Gr, Tottenham Hotspur are considering making a stunning move for four of Olympiacos’ young stars – 18-year-old forward Emiliano Bullari, 19-year-old striker Alexandros Voilis, 16-year-old goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis, and 16-year-old midfielder Vasilios Sourlis.

Tottenham’s U-19s took on Olympiacos last week and the report claims that Tottenham’s scouts were left impressed with several of the players they saw in action for the home side.

The report claims that Emiliano Bullari in particularly is highly rated by the Spurs scouts, who were supposedly impressed with the striker’s cameo off the bench against Tottenham last week.

It is also claimed that Bullari is attracting interest from Italian and Turkish clubs and so the Lilywhites are expected to have a battle on their hands if they wish to land him.

The youngster’s contract with the Greek giants runs out next summer and the Albanian is reportedly free to talk to other clubs in January regarding a pre-contract agreement (Transfermarket.com).

While continuing to buy good young players is important for the club’s long term sustainability, based on their showings over the past few weeks, it is clear that what the team really needs in January is to sign a couple of stars who are capable of producing at the top level consistently.
