Report: Spurs interested in signing brothers from Bayern Munich and Real Salt Lake

The Daily Mail have reported that Tottenham are interested in signing two teenage brothers from America, Taylor and Zach Booth.

Spurs are said to have already made an enquiry to Bayern Munich for the older Taylor Booth after he impressed during a UEFA Youth League match between the clubs.

The youngster set up two of Bayern’s goals in a 3-0 win to knock Spurs out of the competition, while even coming close to a goal of his own.

Bayern signed Booth from Real Salt Lake and he is currently on a contract until 2022, playing either as a holding, box-to-box, or attacking midfielder.

While Taylor is set to turn 19 at the end of May, his younger brother Zach is still only 16-years-old and remains within the Real Salt Lake academy. Zach is said to have undergone a trial with the North Londoners in 2019 and they continue to monitor his progress.

The club are said to be keen on snapping up both American brothers in the future.
