Report: Spurs-linked forward could be available in January in cut-price deal

According to a report by AreaNapoli, rumoured Tottenham Hotspur target Arkadiusz Milik could be available for just around €7m (£6.3m) during the January transfer window.

Milik was reportedly one of two strikers Tottenham had narrowed down their chase to during the summer transfer window (Football.London) but ended up signing Carlos Vinicius, who was said to be the other option on the club’s radar.

Tuttomercatoweb claimed earlier this month Tottenham could return with an offer for the Polish international during the January transfer window but the report suggested that Milik may prefer to wait until next summer and leave as a free agent when he would have run his contract down.

AreaNapoli claim that Milik has been frozen out of the first-team picture at Naples and is training on his own.

It is said that the Serie A club’s owner, Aurelio de Laurentiis will look to cash in on the Pole during January and that the striker would be open to leaving as he is frustrated at the lack of football he has experienced this season.

The suggests asserts that the Lilywhites are still interested in the 26-year-old and could make an offer for him when the January transfer window opens.
