Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Watford’s Ismaila Sarr during the current window, according to Eurosport.
The report claims that the Hornets are trying to price the winger out of an exit by placing a price tag in excess of £50million on the head of the 23-year-old.
Tottenham are the latest club to register their interest in the Senegalese international, who has also previously been linked with the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United.
The North Londoners have already moved to bolster their wide options this summer with the acquisition of Bryan Gil from Sevilla.
The 23-year-old has three years left on his current contract at Vicarage Road with his current employer insistent that he will be part of their side following their return to the Premier League (Watford Observer).
Sarr was the subject of bids from both Manchester United and Crystal Palace during the winter window but instead remained at Watford.
Sarr is a talented winger, however, a £50million price tag is likely to purposely put off many admirers.
The addition of Gil on the left will help to inject a level of pace and trickery that we have been lacking and Sarr could certainly offer something similar on the right flank.
