According to TyC Sports, both Aston Villa and Real Betis have made offers for Giovani Lo Celso, with the midfielder now expected to decide between the two clubs.

Lo Celso looks likely to leave the Lane
With Emerson Royal’s exit being made official, Lo Celso and Sergio Reguilon appear set to be the next two to head out of the door as Tottenham continue clearing out their deadwood.
It has emerged over the last few days that Spurs are willing to accept a fee of £10m for the 28-year-old, who has just a year left on his contract (Football Insider).
Various sources have also suggested over recent days that both Aston Villa and Betis have expressed an interest in Lo Celso (Fabrizio Romano).

Offers on the table for Lo Celso
If TyC Sports’ latest update is to be believed, the Premier League club and the La Liga side have expressed more than just an interest in the Tottenham man, with both clubs said to be ‘firm suitors’ for the player.
It is revealed that Lo Celso is not in Ange Posteocglou’s plans for the upcoming season and has been contacted by both Betis and Villa over a summer move.
In fact, it is alleged that the 28-year-old now has two offers on the table and is now expected to choose between the Spanish and the English side.
Spurs Web Opinion
I suspect Lo Celso would be leaning towards a move to Real Betis.
Not only does La Liga suit his game better but the Argentine would want guaranteed starts, which he might not get at Villa Park.
