Report: Spurs move for Argentine depends on the sale of these two players

Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with a sensation scoop for Juventus forward Paulo Dybala this summer. Sky Sports reported that the 25-year-old is considering his future amidst interest from the North London club.

The Argentine international has scored 78 times in 182 appearances in the four seasons he has spent in Turin. Dybala, who failed to hit his usual giants for the Serie A giants last season, is said to be available for a fee of around £80m.

Now, Sky Sports are claiming that Tottenham’s move for Dybala is contingent on the sale of Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose as Spurs need to be able to raise more funds to be push through a move for the Juve star.

While Eriksen has recently been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid (Marca), Rose is said to be attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain (The Sun). Spurs have already smashed their transfer record this summer for Ndombele, and it looks like they will have to do it again if they wish to get Dybala.

Spurs Web Opinion

Given the money Spurs have spent on Ndombele and the prices being branded about for Lo Celso, it is highly unlikely that the club will splash another £80m for Dybala this window. However, we at Spurs Web believe Dybala is a bargain even at that price as he has the potential to be worth twice that in a season.
