Report: Spurs not willing to meet £30m valuation set by Serie A giants for target

According to a report in TuttoMercatoWeb, Inter Milan are willing to let winger Ivan Perisic leave in the summer. The Serie A giants are said to have set an asking price of £30m (€35m) for the Croatian International.

The experienced winger was linked heavily with a move to Arsenal in the January transfer window but a deal didn’t materialize in the end.

The report claims that Spurs are interested in adding the 30-year-old to their squad in the summer.

However, it is claimed that Tottenham are only ready to offer £21.4m (€25m) for the winger whose contract with Inter still has three years to run.

With Eriksen looking likely to leave the club in the summer, Spurs definitely need to add attacking talent to the squad.

While Perisic is certainly a top player on his day, Tottenham will likely look towards someone who is younger and has more potential to grow.
