Report: Spurs willing to negotiate an exit for Harry Kane – Price suggested

Barcelona are said to now be on the lookout for a new long-term centre-forward, with Luis Suarez turning 33 this month and has been ruled out of action for the next four months (Daily Mail).

It is claimed that the Spanish giants are keen on Tottenham’s Harry Kane, a man who is also currently out injured for the long-term (Mundo Deportivo).

Kane ruptured his left hamstring tendon against Southampton on New Year’s Day and Spurs do not expect him back in training until early April.

Apparently the injury has not been enough to stop Barca identifying Kane as a target and Spurs are reportedly willing to negotiate over a deal.

These talks are expected to revolve around a summer deal for the England captain, with Catalunya Radio stating that Kane would be worth no more than £127m.

Kane is currently under contract in North London for the next four and a half years.

Spurs Web Opinion:

No chance. I am now convinced that Kane will remain at Spurs for his entire career. Not only does he love the club, but no big team would pay the money needed to sign such an injury-prone striker.
